Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Synapse AI Service (the “Service”), including the Synapse AI Keyboard mobile app and the synapse-keyboard.vercel.app website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Synapse AI provides an AI-powered Android keyboard that integrates with third-party AI providers (including OpenRouter) to offer text rewriting, translation, grammar correction, and content generation features. Energy credits are required for AI processing and are purchased through Gumroad (card) or Cryptomus (crypto).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws

• Energy credits are a virtual currency used within the Service. They have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.
• Card payments via Gumroad deliver a license key via email that must be redeemed on the dashboard.
• Crypto payments via Cryptomus credit your account automatically upon blockchain confirmation.
• All sales are final — energy credits are non-refundable. Read our Know Before You Buy page before purchasing.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass credit limits or payment systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraud
• Resell or redistribute the Service or any credits

All content, branding, and software in the Service is the property of Synapse AI. You retain ownership of text you input into the AI features. AI-generated output is provided to you for personal or commercial use without restriction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated output will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synapse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
